Magpie - each dish a treasure.
The complexity and craftsmanship behind each dish created by Chef Adolfo de Cecco is brilliant. Fermentation, dehydration, Espuma; the list goes on. The menu is carefully curated to create a symphony of sensory flavours which balance perfectly.
Bruut is well worth the 4 hours door to door from London on the Eurostar to Bruges. This is a charming 20 cover restaurant in the heart of the Old Town. The food is made using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and the methods are technical and innovative with an asian fusion influence.
This place has popped up in a shipping container in Brixton, set up by two guys who started out on the pop-up circuit.
