. Myself and Jane Montgomery created a feast of culinary delights. We worked together to put a modern twist on hidden British produce which are rarely used today.
Guests were treated to a five course feast, taking them on a journey of exquisite dishes, gaining valuable knowledge on how to utilise these ingredients in their own kitchens.
