A sensory experience from the warmed cutlery to the sculptural design of the dining room. I would say the food was very impressive but you really need to judge this restaurant on the whole holistic experience rather than just the food, a delight for all the senses. My favourite course was a baby preserved lemon stuffed with an oyster, simple but truly delicious.
